DTF-S03 DTF Air Purifier Overview:

For the oil smoke, fumes and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated during the working process of DTF printing equipment, our self-developed air purifier for DTF printing equipment adopts the dual-core technology of “oil smoke separation + plasma field purification” to realize the integration of high-efficiency purification, automatic oil discharge and environmentally friendly emission solutions. Through the synergistic effect of physical separation and electrochemical purification, the equipment ensures that the air in the printing workshop is clean and complies with environmental emission standards.

Working Principle：

The fume separator efficiently separates oil and smoke. The collected oil is automatically discharged through a valve once a certain volume is reached, while the smoke undergoes high-voltage ionization purification in a plasma electric field, ultimately releasing colorless and odorless gas for environmentally friendly emission.
